Our Mission

KLM exists to cultivate love and empower purpose through divine connection.

Our Vision

(Experience—Become—Unite—Mobilize)

To see individuals experiencing fresh revelations of God, living out God’s unique expression through them, uniting to reveal God’s fullness, and mobilizing to transform communities.

Core Values

Jesus is Lord

We treasure Jesus above all else and celebrate His position as Lord and King. We will pursue absolute surrender to His Spirit that proves His victory over our flesh and empowers us to move in obedience to His direction. We’ll seek His purpose and await His leadership, trusting His ability to fulfill His plans through us.

  • Colossians 1:16 For by Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through Him and for Him.
  • Psalm 130:5 I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in His word I hope.
We exist to reveal God.

We aim to authentically reveal God to the world He loves. We will live as children and heirs, not servants, operating in the overflow of our Father’s love and revealing our identity as sons and daughters. Love will drive our actions, joy will mark our culture, and we will cultivate hearts to reveal every attribute of God’s character.

  • Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created Him; male and female He created them.
  • Acts 17:28 “In Him we live and move and have our being…For we are indeed His offspring.”
We operate from encounter, for encounter.

We will cultivate a culture of gratitude that invites His presence and pursue authentic encounters with God that allow us to know Him as He truly is. As we personally encounter Him and carry His presence with us, we become an encounter with God that offers hope and healing to every individual we meet.

  • Psalm 84:2 My soul longs, yes, faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and flesh sing for joy to the living God.
  • Psalm 84:10 For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere.
  • Exodus 33:15-16 (NIV) “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. …What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?”
We honor Christ’s work over our works.

We won’t settle for earthly accomplishments based on our talents and abilities, but rather steward them for His glory and purpose. We’ll believe big and live bold, allowing Christ to reveal His strength in our weaknesses. We aim for lasting fruit (John 15:16) that reveals His nature and His miraculous power, bringing glory to His name.

  • John 15:8 By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.
  • Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they were astonished. And they recognized that they had been with Jesus.
  • 1 Thessalonians 1:5 …our gospel came to you not only in word, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction. You know what kind of men we proved to be among you for your sake.
We love extravagantly.

Jesus loves lavishly, and so will we. Love means giving beyond our comfort. We long to see every individual fulfill their potential in Christ and live God’s best. We will use God’s Word to edify and draw people to His heart.  We will rejoice in elevating others, believing that as we build one another up in love, glory will fill God’s house.

  • Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. 4 Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.
  • Galatians 6:10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
  • John 13:34 “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.”
We equally champion grace and truth.

We believe in the sanctity of God’s Word and exalt His truth as the standard we live by. We believe His Word will prove itself true as we unwaveringly align ourselves with His principles and commands. But His Word without grace voids its power. We will guard against religious shackles, knowing grace alone empowers us to live His Truth.

  • Psalm 18:30 This God—His way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true.
  • John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
  • Acts 20:32 And now I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
We celebrate unity through diversity.

Jesus loves His Bride and has uniquely gifted each of us to reveal different aspects of His nature. Only together can we attain “the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:13). We will guard the unity of His Spirit and pursue peace within the body. We will not fear what we don’t understand, but rather seek Jesus for understanding. We will grow in the gifts entrusted to us and celebrate how God uses His gifts in others.

  • Ephesians 4:7,12 But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift…to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.
  • 1 Corinthians 12:4-6 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.
  • Romans 15:5-6 May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, 6 that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
